That is one great apartment! I love the wooden floor and the soacious shower. Also, there are two ACs, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I also love the lock at the door of the apartment which just requires a six dihit code instead of a physical key. Location is great, right in Villa Morra.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and cozy. I really felt like home. Moran is an extraordinary hostess. I strongly recommend this place for a nice staying in Asuncion.

The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. Excellent location with many restaurants, villa morra park street food, supermarket nearby. The apartment is small but clean, comfortable and fully functional. Great bed! I would gladly stay again!

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

The condo is super safe, quiet, a fully equipped gym and a beautiful beach. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. Salvio was an excellent host, always attentive in case something was missing.
