This luxury top floor apartment gives directly onto the lake and has it all: sweeping, unobstructed 360° lake and mountain views, two separate balconies, direct access to the lake shore and fast WiFi. Despite being just a few minutes walk from the centre and conveniently located on the main lake-side avenue, the apartment is quiet, peaceful and completely secluded. Guests are invited to take in the views through the huge triple aspect window as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes.

Top floor apartment with an amazing view of the lake and the Andes from the living room and bedroom. The apartment also has a rooftop terrace with incredible views. Located in downtown Bariloche, walking distance to everything. (Yes, the views in the photos are from the apartment.) I have been an AirBnb Host for 10 years for other apartments. Ubicado a sólo a 500 mts. del centro de la localidad (por calle de ripio) y de las rutas que te llevarán a playas, centro de esquí y localidades vecinas como Bariloche, San Martín de los Andes y cruce a Chile. Contamos con una hermosa vista desde la habitación y el patio. Disponemos de entrada de autos para huéspedes y patio con parrilla (chulengo) . Nuestro alojamiento es bueno para parejas y familias (con un hijo). No recomendable para niños pequeños o personas con movilidad reducida.

La espectacular vista al lago ofrece un gran plus al hermoso departamento que se encuentra dentro de un barrio cerrado con tiendas alrededor del complejo a 1km a la redonda. Tiene acceso por la Av principal de Bariloche y otra calle paralela que conecta con los principales puntos turisticos. Tene en cuenta que el complejo posee pileta climatizada descubierta pero cierra todos los lunes del año.
