My workshop is on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.

It's on the first floor on Avenida Presidente Perón (formerly Avenida Gaona), near the motorway exit. The living room sofa can be made into a bed, but it has a thin mattress that isn't ideal for an adult, although it can help. There is a barbecue on the terrace (subject to availability). It has cable TV and Internet, and two air conditioning units. Close to the Cantábrica motorway, the Tecnológica motorway and Palomar Airport.
