On over 80 square meters, you can enjoy your self-catering holiday in a quiet location. The Panorama Lodge has a spacious terrace and priceless views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a cozy sitting area with television and you can easily sit and eat together around the large wooden table. In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

All of this is possible here. We didn’t build an entire chalet village — just one single, extraordinary, beautiful, and cozy chalet at 1,150 meters above sea level, high above Arriach. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

Approximately 10 minutes walk to the Kanzelbahn, which takes you to the Gerlitzen ski and recreation area, overlooking Lake Ossiach, which you can reach by car in 5 minutes, 5 minutes away from the Ossiachersee highway exit. 3 bedrooms, 2 satellite TVs with Sky Germany reception in the living room, sauna, open fireplace and 70 m² terrace offer everything for a relaxing vacation.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
