On the hillside overlooking the beautiful beaches of Geremeas and Mari Pintau, this charming semi-detached unit is the ideal place for a getaway at any time of year. Situated inside a private residence with electric gates, it boasts a breath-taking panorama over the Gulf of Cagliari. Locally you can find all necessary amenities and within 30 minutes you can reach the renowned beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei to the East and the historical city of Cagliari and Elmas airport to the West.
