The fenced garden on three sides is well-maintained with a lawn, trees, and flowers. Outside, there’s a barbecue, heated shower, and private parking. No pets allowed. Villa Serena has a unique location, completely renovated with all new furnishings just a two-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach with blue and crystal clear water Genn'e Mari. Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, fishmonger, and ATM. It has a private parking space (3 cars). It has a veranda where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with a sea view. Exit from the private garden on a staircase that leads to the beach.

A stone house is situated next to a clear blue pool, which features a built-in hot tub. A covered terrace provides shade, with a few outdoor chairs visible. Lush greenery surrounds the area, complementing the tranquil setting.
