Casa Francesca sits on a gentle hill and offers a stunning view of Monte Gogoni beach and the lagoon, home to beautiful flamingos. In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. Villa Serena has a unique location, completely renovated with all new furnishings just a two-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach with blue and crystal clear water Genn'e Mari. Within walking distance are a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, fishmonger, and ATM. It has a private parking space (3 cars). It has a veranda where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors with a sea view. Exit from the private garden on a staircase that leads to the beach.
