Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a renaissance town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is a modern bathroom on each floor. You can use the washing machine in the common area.

Twinned with the city of Copenhagen, destination for Scandinavian painters and writers at the end of the nineteenth century Civita, thanks to its position has a beautiful view of the surroundings mountains. ideal for trekking and walks as well exploring other interesting small towns nearby. Last but not least the local goat and freshly"ricotta" are just wonderful.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom.
