The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. We converted a ground floor studio apartment into an apartment. Completely renovated, furnished with modern furniture. The focus is on relaxation, tranquility and comfort. Studio apartment on the ground floor. Recently renovated, decorated with modern furniture. Our main concern was to create a cozy place to relax and hang back.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
