The apartment is in a residential area surrounded by greenery with free parking space. From the veranda you can enjoy a pleasant view of the mountains and you can access the garden for exclusive use with equipped gazebo. Animals are allowed. Useful info to visit the Val Pellice and the surroundings, will be available at the entrance. In 5 minutes you can find: a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a merceria, a bar-tabacchi-edicola, a pizzeria and the "Cotta Morandini" ice palaghi.

Stone hermitage in the Alps

At 1178 metres in the midst of rugged nature you will find the ideal starting point for many fantastic excursions on foot or MTB or for a stay of quiet introspection. The property consists of two traditional houses with stone walls. One with kitchen area - dining room and large bedroom upstairs. The other with a small bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed above. There is everything you need to make a coffee/tea, cook, and take a hot shower. All in a sober way.

Maison Ernestina is located in the historic centre of Villar Pellice, a 3-minute walk from the village square, shops and bars/restaurants in the centre. The Saret hamlet, once an agricultural centre because of the families who lived there with their livestock, still retains its authenticity. Here, peace reigns supreme. Spacious loft situated in the ever green San Germano, located between Turin and the Olimpic Valleys. The loft is the top floor of the main house where the landlady lives. The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
