The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of Villasimius. It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
