Beautiful new villa on 2000 m² of fenced land with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Drome Provençale. Large living room of 60 m², master suite with shower room, separate toilet and dressing room, two bedrooms including one with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, laundry room including washing machine and dryer. The rental includes bed and bath linen, an ironing board and iron, hairdryer. The pool is secured by a submerged roller shutter.
