5 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Lille by car or 5 minutes from the A1 motorway.... but in the countryside!! I propose you a spacious and bright house of 135m² completely renovated with lots of charm in a very quiet street. It is newly and fully equipped (High Speed Wifi). House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright.
