Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Welcome to L'Instant Bohème: a 110 m2 suite dedicated to couples in the heart of downtown Clermont-Fd! On the first level, the suite includes a relaxation area with Balneotherapy, a volcano bed, a stage, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower area with a rain showerhead. A second level dedicated to pleasures with swing, St. Andrew's cross, tantric sofa... To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer extras such as late checkout, champagne and many other surprises.

The small paddock

Enjoy a unique escape in the heart of our racehorse training center, with stunning views of the Chaîne des Puys. This 50 sqm cocoon, fully renovated in 2023, blends charm and comfort: queen-size bed, single bed on the mezzanine, and a high-end sofa bed. Access to the mezzanine via a ladder-style staircase (see photos). Peaceful, natural setting for true relaxation. Parties are not allowed to preserve the calm atmosphere and the horses’ well-being.

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
