Charming cross-through apartment located on the top floor of a 19th-century Haussmannian building, bordering the Bassin de la Villette, in a pleasant and lively neighborhood. This 42 m² apartment is bright, elegant, and spacious, offering a comfortable setting to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, especially wheelchair users, as the building and elevator are not designed to accommodate wheelchair circulation.

My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Charming Studio with Canal View

A jewel of a neighborhood in Paris that was my favorite, both young and family-oriented, perfect for a weekend getaway for two as a couple or with friends. There are many cultural highlights in Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Lots of bars and restaurants, ideal for meeting up in a Parisian youth atmosphere. 3 metro lines serve the neighborhood that take you in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Cœur, Opéra or the Marais.
