The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.

A contemporary bathroom features a spacious soaking tub surrounded by elegant floral arrangements in vibrant red and white. Soft lighting from candles enhances the relaxing environment, while dark tiles provide a sleek backdrop to the tranquil scene.
