Since we also live in the villa, we’re always available for questions – otherwise, you’ll enjoy complete peace and privacy. There’s also a large, well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, which is shared but used at different times. Non-smokers only. Pets are strictly not allowed. The spacious bathroom was renovated in 2024.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. You live in the middle of the Småland landscape with lovely nature and nice walking paths. The Södra Bråta Nature Reserve is just a couple of kilometers towards Svinhult. It takes 15 minutes by car to Katthult. It takes 3 minutes by car to Lake Gnöstasjön. You can swim here. Fishing permits are available for purchase. More lakes are available in the surrounding areas.
