The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

The cottage is located about 4 km outside central Mora, 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike to the city center. Here you live in your own cottage on the plot of a house. Close to, among other things, a nice beach by the Siljan, the Vasa Race ski trails, beautiful nature and Santa Land. Other popular attractions in Mora are Dala horse manufacturing in Nusnäs, the Troll and Clown Trail, the Zorn Museum and the Zorn Café. Also about 35 minutes by car to popular Dalhalla with a wide range of concerts as well as Helvetesfallet in Orsa.

My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.

Lägenheten har en bottenvåning med ett ballingslövkök, stort matbord, soffa och tv i vardagsrummet, badrum samt sovrum. Övervåningen innefattar ett sovloft. Här ingår alltid sängkläder och handdukar vid bokning.

Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park

Welcome to a unique home. A completely newly-built house adjacent to a 19th-century manor house. Modern and old-fashioned at the same time and comfortable for everyone. In the living room, there are 6 meters to the ceiling and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wonderful place to hang out after a day on the track overlooking Lake Siljan.
