Holiday rentals with beach access in Vinje Municipality

What a magical place! Insane to be able to stay in an old-fashioned Norwegian cabin. We were there for Christmas and New Year's Eve. Snow and Northern Lights have made the fairy tale complete. Daily skiing in Rauland and a husky trip made at Haukelie Huskys. Also truly a one! We would do the stay with Matja again in no time. Also the children of 13 and 16 years have enjoyed. wifi is bad size, you also don't need that if you want to wake up in this area and enjoy nature. RECOMMENDED!

A fantastic delicious, modern and inviting cabin located centrally on the outskirts of Hovden. 5 min drive from the alpine ski area. Cozy dialogue with Hege prior to booking, easy access to the cabin, clean and tidy everywhere, all equipment in the kitchen, etc., so really a cabin I would recommend. A simple small minus: Very soft beds and heavy fiber duvets - but just a detail...

We were 9 people (5 adults and 4 children). Kristine's house met all our standards of comfort and elegance, with a magnificent view of the mountains and lake. The location is really nice for nature lovers and children for hiking, tobogganing and skiing. We wanted to discover Norway in all its splendor, and now we have! Kristine is available and will advise you on what to see and do in the area. We 100% approved this house!!!😁

Our family of two adults and two children spent 3 nights at Christian's cabin at the start of the winter holidays. Nothing to postpone in either cabin or surroundings! Great decorated cabin that had everything we needed and more. Great to be able to strap on the cross-country skiing just outside the door, trek over the yard also we were right in the light trails. The jacuzzi was also a big plus, which we took advantage of every night. Christian was friendly and quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend the place to stay!

Great place to relax, in winter and summer. We would love to come here in summer.:)

We had a really nice skiing holiday starting from Sveinung's cabin on the mountain. It took 5 minutes to drive to Haukeli Skisenter, alternatively there was a ski-in/out route we never explored. The cabin was huge and really well-stocked, there was nothing missing, and you could clearly sense that Sveinung's approach to its hosting role is to ensure happy guests. We enjoyed the great space of the house, homey comfort (baby bed, high chairs, TV, DVDs and games/toys). Thank you so much for a lovely holiday!

Great stay! Had what we needed😄, was peaceful and quiet here even though the waterfall was behind the bedroom so didn't make any noise at all. There were games here in the cabin before and various things you didn't need to bring😊. Quick and easy to communicate with Bjørg☺️ Happy with our first Airbnb experience here. Recommended 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The area was peaceful and felt just like home. The owner had already warmed up the cabin before we arrived, which made it even more welcoming. They were incredibly kind, flexible, and very helpful throughout our stay. It was definitely worth the money, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
