Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation that is close to most things in Oskarshamn. Newly renovated and fresh. Fully-equipped kitchen. Here you live in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. Municipal parking is available next to the property. Distance to grocery store: 50 meters. To keep the place nice for everyone, we kindly ask you to clean up after yourself before you check out. Cleaning utensils and supplies are available. Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. I rent out my 40m cottage. Fully equipped for 4 people. Free WiFi in the cottage. The cottage is very nice and overlooks Blå Jungfrun. It is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. First Camp is a 4-star campground located about 500 meters away from the cottage. There are nice swimming opportunities, playground, mini golf course, canoe, bike rental and restaurant. You clean the place yourself. A cleaning fee will be charged if you do not clean before check-out. Bed linens and towels are not included.

The house has one bedroom with two beds, a loft with a 140 cm mattress, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room combined with a kitchenette & dining area. In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.
