For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.
“The sheep wagon is a super nice and cozy place to stay in for a night or two. We very much enjoyed the experience. In addition, Patty and her husband are wonderful hosts and fun to talk to. We hope to have a chance to one day return for another stay with them on their nice farm. Manuela & Matt”

“We loved the stay at Scott and Lisa’s cabin! It’s a beautiful farm with lovely animals and lots of tranquility. They were very welcoming. They are a hard working family that will be there for anything you need. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics that we needed. They even provided some delicious fresh farm eggs for the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The Governor's house is sparkling clean and renovated to be a comfortable home away from home. The location is an easy walk to anything in Virginia City - you will love it!”
