Nádherné místo na hranici Krkonošského národního parku s úžasným výhledem do údolí. Jedná se o byt v nově zrekonstruovaném horském penzionu s parkováním. Skvělá celoroční lokalita. V zimě lyžování pro zkušené, tak i pro začátečníky a děti. V bezprostředním okolí je řada turistických stezek vhodných jak pro méně náročné procházky, tak pro celodenní výpravy do hor. Město Rokytnice nabízí kvalitní restaurace, supermarket, půjčovny lyží, kol i elektrokol. Sauna a restaurace jsou mimo provoz.
