In an independent part of our barn, you will benefit from an apartment on two floors, new and functional, designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people (5 maximum). It is located in the center of the village, 10 minutes from Arras, 30 minutes from Lille and 1h30 from the Opal Coast. It is also located in the heart of the main historical memory and battle sites of the First World War.

House in the center of Biache-Saint-Vaast, a small flowery town in the middle of 15 hectares of ponds and protected natural areas, close to Arras, Douai and Lille by the A1 which is 3 minutes away. Shops located 1 minute drive away. Easy street parking and possibility to park your car inside under the carport. The accommodation has been renovated and includes 1 master suite with a double bed, a kitchen and a living room with a very practical and comfortable sofa bed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, relaxing space. Located in the heart of Ostrevent, in the countryside, discover this 45 m2 suite that includes all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. There is a 3-seater Hotspring Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, a giant screen, a kitchen area, a king size bed (180 x 200), a curved TV with Nintendo Switch, a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Molotov, board games... will be present to complete your jacuzzi and sauna sessions

Fully-equipped 2-bedroom house

While passing through the area for a weekend or a business trip, pack your bags at the corner of Les Bonnettes. This house close to the city center consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a pretty terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, walk along the Scarpe...) The train station is just a few minutes walk away and Arras is a 20-minute drive away.

The Colombière Manor offers an apartment and pool

The air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1920s mansion in a 7000 m2 wooded park. Absolute calm is guaranteed. The accommodation includes a bedroom of 25m2 , one of 12m2, a living room of 25m2 , a kitchen of 15m2 as well as a bathroom of 12m2. Access to the park and private heated pool is possible as well as outdoor amenities ( games , kitchen , barbecue , sunbeds ...). Bike rides are possible (see other information to note)

Douai: beautiful apartment facing the train station

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Free parking on Place du Barlet is a 2-minute walk away, or on the street (paid 9am-7pm), and close to all other amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops). 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment has been renovated, and the windows changed to double glazing.
