Hytten ligger tæt på Gudenåen, 50 m., men ikke direkte ud til åen. Hytten er omgivet af uspoleret natur med fred og ro og et rigt dyre- og fugleliv. I området omkring hytten er der rig mulighed for aktiviteter som mountainbike, vandring, golf, kano, kajak, badeland, ridning mm. Hytten ligger 15min. kørsel fra Silkeborg og 45min. til Århus.

You can hike in the forest (Himmelbjerget is a neighbor) and on Denmark's Roof there are many mountain bike routes.
