Our place is located close to the city center, in a shopping area, it is an industrial style loft of 100 m2. Parking with gate. Quiet environment between the canal and the Bourbince. Our capacity is 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 child or 1 adult (1 single bed) and 1 baby (1 cot), if necessary and on request a king size inflatable mattress can be added in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. The sofa downstairs is not convertible.

Cosy and cozy atmosphere. The house consists of 3 bedrooms including two spacious and comfortable with high quality bedding. The living/dining room is warm with a through light and a pellet stove.
