The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. All walls, custom-made built-in furniture, and the high-quality kitchen were crafted by a regional carpenter - quality you can see and feel.

Our charming apartment in the "shabby chic style" offers three cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with balcony for up to 6 people on about 70 square meters. Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat.

Location in the middle of the biosphere park "Großes Walsertal" in close proximity to the "Seewaldsee" various hiking trails and one of the largest ski areas in Vorarlberg. The nearest town is Fontanella, which is less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was built in 1974 by our grandparents and stands on the foundation of the former school.
