It is situated in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Großes Walsertal – a place where people live in harmony with nature. 140 m² divided into: 1rst floor (ceiling height 1.95 m): wood-paneled living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. 2nd floor (ceiling height 1.88 m): one bedroom, a connected room with two sleeping areas (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). Arrive, feel at home, and unwind.

With a key safe to the left of the garage, you can enter the apartment at any time without contact. When booking, you will receive the code. Vacationing with us is for those seeking seclusion. You should be tolerant of children's noise above you.

This holiday home, with its large garden and stunning views, is located right on the shores of Lake Harder. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. Right nearby are the lido (newly built in 2024), a mini-golf course, a boat hire service, a playground, a skate park and the option to go paddle boarding. Thanks to its location in the 'tri-border area', this is the perfect base for cycling trips and hikes.

Located in the middle of nature

Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.

The view of Lake Constance from the 8th floor is breathtakingly beautiful. A highlight of this apartment is the small winter garden with a view of the lake. In summer you can enjoy the sunset from there. The apartment has a pleasant temperature in summer and winter. It's a real feel-good apartment.

In the midst of a climbing paradise, at the foot of impressive rocks and mountains and the view of the "Bürser Plate," you will experience wonderful and relaxed vacation days in a quiet, yet very central location. In less than 10 minutes' walk you can reach the Bürser Schlucht, a top-class local recreation area. The access to the climbing gardens is less than 5 minutes.
