Nearby are Vanemuine theater houses and museums and other attractions. The apartment has a comfortable bed 180 cm wide. The width of the sleeping area of the sofa in the living room is 140 cm. The kitchen has an oven with a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Marta's Green House is approximately 100 years old house in a quiet and unique wooden houses district of Tartu called Karlova. The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). It has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and a huge bathroom with bath. From the windows a picturesque and romantic green Karlova opens up in front of you..

The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.
