Fully renovated and air-conditioned house in a quiet location, close to the motorway and many shops. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa that converts into a double bed. Upstairs: a bathroom with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. On the second floor, there is a double bed and a single bed. Nice townhouse in a dead end street, quiet with mountain views. Built in the 1930s for textile factory workers. The connection was broken in 1988 with the closure of the factory. A private washhouse was dedicated to the staff of this street that still exists by its architecture, with the function of a private garage currently.
