Located just 3 miles from the book-lover's haven of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festivals and easygoing charm, it is the perfect place to escape to.

On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
