A living room with an equipped kitchen and an extra bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub will provide you with great relaxation after a challenging mountain hike. In the common areas, there is a shared terrace with a grill, a hall with a fireplace or a sauna.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

The cottage is located in a secluded area in the protective zone of the Krkonoše National Park. It was built in 1936 and it's partially renovated. There can accommodate 8 people. The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes wood for heating, electricity, cleaning, bedding, towels, tea, coffee and the city fee. Pets are welcome for a fee of 150 CZK/night, payable during your stay. Access is uphill via a forest road. At the winter time we park 450m below the hill.
