My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an ancient 19th century villa. The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! If you're lucky you'll see the fawns that live there. The bus stop and free parking are directly below the house.

The house is divided into three dwellings. The apartment is about 45 square meters and is located on the first floor of the house.
