Ce logement est situé dans une rue calme du centre permettant de faire à pied vos courses, le marché du lundi matin ou encore partir en balade sur les sentiers pédestres du coin. Pour le travail, pour les vacances, ou pour une halte, le 33 est un appartement urbain à la campagne qui s’adapte à votre séjour.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The city center of Candé is within an 8-minute walk . To be more specific, it is my main home!
