L'appartement se trouve en centre ville, sur une petite place, à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des promenades au bord de la Loire. La décoration est du type Scandinave mais chaleureuse. Il est bien équipé, tout est fourni, le linge de maison, de lit et de toilette. Il se trouve au 1er étage, sans ascenseur et le jardin est disponible aux locataires.

Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our gîte located in Ombrée d'Anjou, it is located between Angers, Nantes and Rennes. Restored in 2023 and fully equipped, you will live in the quiet of our countryside. You will enjoy the 28° heated swimming pool, petanque court, ping pong table and wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

The accommodation is located 500 m from the town center and 100 m from a body of water. Many hiking trails make up the municipality, enough to stretch your legs or those of your 4-legged companions (Pets are allowed) Shops nearby (convenience store, café located in the village) 7 minutes from Candé as well as Saint-Mars-la-Jaille. (public pool, equestrian center...) 25 minutes from Ancenis 45 minutes from Nantes and Angers

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Charming house

Beautiful charming house, family spirit, quiet, functional, welcoming in a green setting. You will stay in a five-level house! The highlight is in the attic, a cabin room decorated by me! The city center of Candé is within an 8-minute walk. To be more precise, it's my main house! Also, I stay following the reception of my guests in a studio in the garden which is large, and which you can enjoy.
