I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

The Blatnice Pond by Kozak Pond is a great place for anyone who needs to recharge in the middle of nature. In the woods, read a book you don't have time for a while, sip coffee on the porch without having to watch a watch, and unwind your regular yoga class to make changes to the pond's banks. Or swap the cottage with your home office and get into the things you can't focus on in the city.
