We are waiting for you to enjoy the sunset literally by the sea. Relax by the sea with her aura. You are on the beach of Patras, in the most beautiful suburb, with the best taverns. Perfect retreat for holidays relaxation or work!We have fast VDSL WiFi internet. Nearby there is: Pizzeria, grills (le coq), taverns, pharmacies, super markets open until 23:00 at night, and on Sundays, tourist hours, church shops, beach, etc.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a space made mostly of wood, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Downstairs is the kitchen where you can prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). Upstairs are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.

Cottage "Aélla"

2 hours from Athens, 30 minutes from Tripoli, 10 minutes from Vytina and 20 minutes from the ski resort of Mainalon, Vlacherna is a wonderful destination for a holiday break. The house is surrounded by fir trees and has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It has a large terrace and a large garden. It is fully equipped and traditionally decorated.
