Wow what a fantastic spot, we absolutely loved our stay here, what a gorgeous home - we felt so relaxed from the minute we arrived. You have everything you need, the bed is so comfy the bathroom is spotless and the garden is stunning…with the log burner you couldn’t be more cosy! The most relaxing long weekend and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family of four had a great one-night stay at Crystal's place. The three bedrooms were lovely and we really appreciated the washing machine. Everything was clean and Crystal was a great communicator. It was a perfect launching point for heading to the Hooker Valley Track the next morning (~40 min drive). Thanks for a great stay!

This place was gorgeous with beautiful scenery! Everyone in our group wanted to stay longer and will look to return to do so. Such a great place for families or individuals to switch off and appreciate nature.

Zelda's place in Twizel was an excellent place for us to stay during our family trip to South Island, New Zealand. The house had all amenities as described and felt very homely. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the items in the kitchen were clean. Zelda was very kind in allowing us to drop off our luggage and perishable food items at the house prior to the check in time so we could do our activities for the day without having to haul out belongings around. Highly recommend Zelda, she is a warm and wonderful host; there is also a very cute lab puppy we got to meet.

Amazing host. Extremely conscientious and helpful. Left so many little helpful things in the house for us. Was so attentive and responsive. Amazing house so close to Fairly with amazing views of the stars.

Big house to accomodate all. Easy to find and a good walking distance in to town. Host was friendly and explained everything well. Would stay here again ☺️

Nice spot close to town but quiet and secluded. If you are going to stay there the google maps will take you up the wrong driveway, it will be right after the speed bump heading north. She had it marked well, google is just off a few driveways.

Our family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights and we wished we had booked for longer! It was one of our fav places to stay at on our whole trip - stunning views, comfortable rooms, super easy check in and out, clean, quiet … and one of the most well equipped kitchens for cooking anything imaginable (they even have a rice cooker and a Korean BBQ pan)! On a clear night you can go to the back of the house and see the Milky Way! Highly recommend and would come back again!

A fabulous home and each room having a bathroom was a real bonus. Very easy instructions for our stay, the home was very clean and a handy location to the shops, restaurants and lake. Highly recommend

Gaye was friendly and responsive. We arrived early and he was flexible and allowed us to check in early. This was our last night before heading back to Christchurch. It was a restful stay.

We had such a great time here! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The stars at night were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for a peaceful and beautiful place to relax.

Very good accomodation for large member of families who travelling together. We travel as 3 families with total 12 pax. Actually it has more capacity than that. Overall our staycation was very good and their amenites are very well maintained as well.

The place is amazing with a starview balcony. The rooms are clean and cozy and the host is extremely helpful and even left us a bottle of wine with a welcome note. Felt totally at home and welcomed. Recommended!

WE stayed one night at the Villa. This is a full house with full kitchen and three bedrooms - we only stayed in one bedroom. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and nice and dark and we slept very well. The water was very hot and plentiful. Breakfast basics were provided and much appreciated. The house is convenient to downtown Oamaru. We highly recommend the Villa and will stay there again when in Oamaru.
