True Country living with ponds, wildlife & woods

Peaceful country stay in this mobile home. Includes hiking trails, fishing ponds, wildlife, open skies. Five miles to downtown or turkey track bluegrass or fairgrounds; six miles to Tyson Foods. A few campers on the other side of property but quiet and laid back. Small jon boat available to use. Beavers in large pond (feel free to trap them). It is in the country so may see snakes, bugs, deer or more. Inside boasts modern, comfortable living, laundry room, 2 baths. Wheelchair ramp is 4’ wide.

We are ready for Christmas! The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains and only 4 miles to Mena. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance on Highway 71.
