From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Thanks to good infrastructure and a central location, you can quickly get to the city center or the trade fair center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord highway ramp (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the convention center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
