Situé en centre-ville, il reste un endroit relativement calme à l'arrière du bâtiment (magasin "créaflors"- cour arrière). Notre logement de 70m² s'organise sur 2 niveaux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire : salon, salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée, grande chambre avec coin lecture, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est idéalement situé au centre de Couvin avec parking gratuit à côté.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

You will find all the shops necessary for your comfort in the village: grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, etc. Surrounded by forests, the village offers a multitude of activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, mini-golf, bowling, and a playground for children. You will find all the comforts you need for a romantic weekend. Private access for 2 hours to the Wellness (swimming pool + sauna (1 hour)) terrace is included in the price with each overnight stay. Access to the games and sports room is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Barbecue possible.

You will also find plenty of restaurants to delight your taste buds! This old, comfortable, independent and fully restored farmhouse is located at the end of the village, in a country setting and can accommodate up to 9 people maximum, including infants and children.

Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
