Just a few steps to Walmart and 7 min walking to 5th avenue and the beach. The apartment is located 1 floor up from ground floor. (1,5 floors from street level). The bedroom has a King size bed. Common area has gym, shared garage and rooftop pool. The size of the apartment is 57 m2 (608 sqft) with a private terrace. Wifi is fiber optic and speed 300 Mb.
