Views from the patio of terrigal lagoon, an ideal location for Paddle boarding and Kayaking. 10 min easy walk to cafes, restaurants and pubs. View spectacular sunrises from the shared common space which gives direct access to beach. Amenities The unit has a main and 2nd bedroom/study nook, 1 bathroom and full kitchen. There is a shared laundry which requires $2 for the Washer.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire.
