Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.

On the Schacherbauerhof with Our four tiny houses overlook the orchard. They are minimalist but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm there are numerous animals, a cafe and shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to walk.
