The historic church is 100m, the market square is 200m away with the town hall built in 1863 in the stem of the New Renaissance. The A19 is only 10 min away, the A20 12 min away. Schwerin and Wismar in the west, Stralsund and the island of Rügen in the east or the Müritz with the national park are only an hour away by car. The S-Bahn takes you to Güstrow and Warnemünde every hour.

Wabi Sabi Cottage I in the Old School and Sauna

This apartment is located in the former old school in the village and was probably originally built for the teacher in 1815. It contains one bedroom, another sleeping chamber under the roof (only bookable in summer), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The sleeping chamber under the roof can only be reached via a steep staircase. The chamber can be heated via an oven, but the roof is not perfectly insulated.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
