The duplex consists of the captain's house, the apartment's captain's terrace and captain's lake view. It is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Fleesensee. You can park up to four vehicles on the property. The enclosed property has an area of about 500 m². There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a hot tub and 2 spacious terraces for a relaxing vacation.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo and a riding facility. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019.
