Central loft at Siggi - 2 levels in a prime location

Ideal with children! Beautiful bright apartment on two levels in the most beautiful district and trendy neighborhood Siggi in the west of Bielefeld. Great surroundings with playground, park, food, bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and public transport. The apartment is on two floors. On the 3rd floor, there is a room (our children's room with toys) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the 5th floor, there is a large open area with fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, lounge sofa and loggias as well as guest toilet.

Very nice apartment with terrace + 2 bikes + trailer

Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Nest in the forest (with tree house)

NEST is located in the Teutoburg Forest near Bielefeld at the northern end of a weekend house area. Right at the nature reserve. And right next to MONO. (See my other listing) You book the entire house on over 1,800 square meters of ground. Our treehouse has a terrace, a loft bed, sofa, swing, slide and electricity and thus a heater.
