Our house can accommodate up to 10 adults plus small children. We like dogs – and they like a large, fenced-off area. Lake House Borowe

Lake House Borowe is a modern house by a lake in Masuria for groups of up to 15 people. A private beach, a large jetty, a jacuzzi with a view of the lake, a sauna, a salt wall and spacious interiors create the perfect place for a family trip or a stay with friends. 6 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and 3 coffee machines - espresso, filter and capsule. High-speed internet from Starlink. A quiet area and a great atmosphere all year round.

Barn House

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Banya by the pond

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

The Water House consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a boat, a water bike, a 10x5m swimming pool (open from June to September). It also has a SPA (Finnish sauna, hot tub with massages, salt grotto) overlooking the lake.
