Looking for a place where you can truly unwind? Welcome to our atmospheric, year-round cottage, situated in a secluded, picturesque woodland area, offering plenty of privacy and a spacious garden. Closest neighborhood approx. 200-300m away Guests have access to 2 bedrooms and a living room. However, there is nothing to stop more people staying in the cottage (you can sleep on the floor, and a tent can also be pitched in the garden). Pets are also welcome :) A private hot tub is available all year round.

Lake House Borowe

Lake House Borowe is a modern house by a lake in Masuria for groups of up to 15 people. A private beach, a large jetty, a jacuzzi with a view of the lake, a sauna, a salt wall and spacious interiors create the perfect place for a family trip or a stay with friends. 6 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. The house is located on Lake Tajta (on the trail of the Great Masurian Lakes) in Wilkasy-Zalesa, 4 kilometers from Giżycko, which is called the sailing capital of Masuria. The house is located in a forest, 50 meters from the communal beach and the harbor. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence of 600 m² (living about 100 m²) with a large garden, year-round Jacuzzi, sun terrace, garden furniture and hammock, barbecue and parking.

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

The entire house is exclusively for you, with 2 apartments, each 60 m2, far from other and urbanized towns, by a stream overlooking nature, sauna and Russian bath without limit. Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

Outside in the Garden you can find open all year jacuzzi and sauna for use only for guest of Villa.

The Water House consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. There is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a boat, a water bike, a 10x5m swimming pool (open from June to September). It also has a SPA (Finnish sauna, hot tub with massages, salt grotto) overlooking the lake.

The house is located in a picturesque place between two bodies of water, perfect for people who want peace and relaxation, excluding parties 🙂 This is the only cottage on the plot. Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. Prices of wood for the stay (in PLN): fire pit: 200 fireplace: 250 jacuzzi +water change: 350

Pilwa 17 - Glamping on Ławy

We welcome you to our little house, built by us. In 2024, we moved to Pilwa, a tiny Masurian village at the end of the world. In our Glamping there is a kitchenette (equipped with necessary accessories), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition to relaxing on the deck, we invite you to our barn equipped with a projector, board games, and a ping-pong table. The orchard has a public hot tub, a wreath with a grill, and a pizza oven.

I invite you to Czerwonek near Mrągowo. Overnight stay on a fenced plot 300 meters from Lake Juksty. We offer: -waterbikes -jacuzzi garden -sauna -the fire pit area -grill -dess of vulture A tree to start a fire and heat up the sauna and hot tub on your own.
