Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

The apartment was not built in a new building until 2024, the location is on the southern end of the Old River. This apartment is furnished with elegant and comfortable furniture such as a large sofa and a round teak dining table, from the living room you can access the south-east facing balcony. In 2 bedrooms, up to 4 people are comfortably accommodated. The beach is about 1000 m away.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - ideal but for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The famous Hotel Neptun is only about 100 m away. You can't get much more beachfront. The entrance is via an electronic lock. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and soda stream.
