“Incredible! We wanted a short break in a quiet area that is close to a beach and lovely scenic walks for our 18month old daughter to enjoy. This accommodation was absolutely perfect! Anna and Eric had gone above and beyond in preparing a cot, highchair, toddler food and so many toys for our daughter on arrival alongside food and snacks for us and thoughtful personal touches. The grounds were stunning and our daughter was besotted with the peacocks and ducks! The hot tub was a huge bonus aswell! Thank you so much for being fabulous hosts! Ami, Kyle and Franki”
You’ll love my place because of the views and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. For family's and groups why not check out our annexe as well which has 2 further bedrooms and a kitchen and shower room.
“What a stunning countryside getaway! This place exceeded all expectations. The Tin Hut itself is eccentric, eclectic and has everything you need. Anna and Eric decked out the hut with some fabulous toiletries and breakfast items. We cooked ourselves a slap-up fry-up in the morning, and ate it while watching the many ducks they have waddle across the garden. The garden is massive and has a shared hot tub, which is very lovely late at night amongst the starry sky. There are loads of facilities within the hut, including an Alexa, some dressing gowns, and some flip flops to borrow. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend, as well as go back. Locally, would recommend the White Lion pub for food and drinks. There are so many activities to do in the area. Anna and Eric have bicycles for hire and there is a wonderful disused railway track nearby which is a great cycle trip, where you can stop off for food and drinks at other country pubs. Brilliant Airbnb!”
Pleasant room with onsuite, double bed. Electric blanket. Wifi. Ample parking. Tea, coffee, a cold (DIY) breakfast Private Lounge with TV available to use. Local good food pub 50 yards away. Located near Botely. Ideally central to the following areas. Wickham, Portsmouth, Whitely, Fareham, Winchester and Southampton. There is an hourly bus and train. This is a good central location for travellers to use as a base and a nice quiet area for the business person who needs a peaceful night sleep.
“What a place, what a host. Regina goes out of her way to make the stay, a good one. Working in the area, I had no knowledge of it, and by Friday I knew the local places like the back of my hand. The breakfast choice in the morning was a nice touch, something I didn't expect, look forward to seeing her and the guest house again, and sample the local pubs in close proximity. The bed was so comfy and the guest house had such a relaxed vibe to it, sleeping was easy! The bathroom was spacious, private and clean, and towels provided daily. Plenty of space in the room too, and a nice relaxing chair to read in. Thanks Regina hope to see you soon”
