Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Wasatch County

Location location location ! Great place to stay! We spent three glorious weeks here in march - Park city got over 30 inches of snow. The skiing was incredible it takes only about 3 minutes to walk to the slopes (eagle or first time Lifts) you are at the base of Park city Mountain. There is a free bus that comes very often to town or deer valley or the base pick up in right in front of the condo. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk away, but it’s a heated pool hot tub for condo also game room and workout area and great sauna. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the light that comes in and the high ceilings. The second bedroom is really a loft but very private. Loved having washer dryer. 2nd bedroom loft is upstairs has its own beautiful bathroom. But it’s open but very private. There is lots of space in this condo. I can’t say enough about this location and condo (three Kings condo) loved it!!

Overall our stay was amazing. The location was perfect for skiing, it was a quick walk to the Frostwood Gondola (4mins) and we were able to ski down under the gondola at the end of the day to get very close to the end of the street for an even quicker walk home. The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and in great condition. The hot tub was a must after a day of skiing. Cal and Thurm were great hosts, super responsive, flexible, and proactive. Overall this was a great stay and I would highly reccomend it !!!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, comfortable, and luxurious. We enjoyed the hot tub! The home was spacious and there were plenty of supplies for our stay. The checkout instructions were very simple and easy, and we got our deposit back just a few days after checkout. Neil was communicative even during our stay and I appreciated the thoroughness. This is a great getaway spot!

We had a great time at Erik's home. Everything was as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen was VERY well equipped with appliances, beautiful wine glasses, lots of dishes etc. One of the best kitchens we have had in Airbnb homes. Plenty of room for 3 different couples--we all had our own space. Very walkable to town. The hot tub worked!! YAY Thank you for a great time.

Absolutely loved this place! Guys ski trip totaling 8 people. The two bunk rooms allowed for everyone to have their own bed. The bunks were built into the wall and very sturdy for adults. Open floor plan with large sectional in the living area provided ample space for everyone to relax and hang out after a day on the slopes. Less than 5 minute drive to the new East Village of Deer Valley where we were skiing. 10 minute drive to Park City or head south to Heber City for restaurants and groceries. Loved the boot warmers in the garage! Only amenity missing that would've been nice to have was a BBQ Grill. Would definitely stay here again!

A great location with really easy local transportation access. Save the car rental and pay a little more for a lot nicer neighborhood! Great house w grill and private hot tub. Felt right at home and walked to fresh market then rode the bus home. David was a great host as well.

Patrick was a great host and the place was very comfortable for our group. Amazing location very walkable. Would recommend!

Kyle was a super host, as advertised. He was very responsive, thorough, thoughtful, and clearly focused on hospitality. If you're going skiing in Park City, this is an A+ location, house, and host - I would highly recommend!

Great location, easy drive to Soldier Hollow. The resort was busy, but we enjoyed a quiet stay with no noise. Fun to walk across the street to Homestead Crater. Host was responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Would be happy to stay here again.

The views from majority of the windows were amazing! Great book selection, great game selection, plenty of cookware and dinner ware. The grocery store right before you turn into the subdivision is top notch, don’t go anywhere else! Easy drive to all surroundings towns for skiiing. If you have kids you must go to the ninja kidz action park in south Jordan. So fun. Will love to book again.

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

Amazing stay, wonderful communication, easy to find and get inside. Pool was the highlight of our stay, but everything else was great too. Beautiful place!

Had a great staycation with my family. My kids adored the indoor/outdoor pool. My wife loved swimming with our kids during the snowstorm, definitely a first of its kind experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Smooth vacation with no problems and nice space

Jill’s place was the perfect stay for our ski weekend! Plenty of space, charming amenities, and easily walkable to Brighton. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Plus, Jill was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dave and Tristy’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We also spent our evenings around the fire pit, making s’mores and enjoying the peaceful surroundings—it was truly the perfect way to end the day. Dave and Tristy were incredible hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making their cabin a welcoming retreat, and it really shows. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back

This cabin in midway made everyone feel right at home. The views were spectacular, the location was amazing, and the host was amazing at responding to us quickly. Anyone who is looking for a mountain getaway needs to book this place.

My family and I enjoyed our visit to Kamas/Utah and this beautiful home. Location was perfect for all the sites we visited. A few items I would have preferred, a closet or dresser in the primary bedroom as we had to live out of our suitcase for the week and not able to hang our clothes up. We were unable to open certain doors to the outside back patio or use the fireplaces in the house which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, we enjoyed it.

This is a great place to stay for a skiing vacation at Sundance. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book this again with any future trips to Sundance!

This place is extremely cozy and comfortable. Well appointed, clean, good beds and showers. Hits all the marks and has a hot tub where you can relax and listen to the stream that’s just adjacent to the property. Great stay.
