Yes, this home is absolutely “The Lakefront Gem“ My adult son and I spent a week fishing and chillaxing on The Coss. We stayed at this lovely, bright, open, specious Lakefront Gem and we couldn’t be any happier we did ! I could go on and on about the amenities, comforts, and conveniences because the Lakefront Gem has everything you’ll want and need for the best stay you can find on the lake. The lake is only steps from your door, with the gas and wood lakeside fireplaces, and gas barbecue grill. The kitchen is huge with all modern appliances. The 2 bedrooms have comfy queen beds. (something my 6’4” son appreciated.. 😉) The dinning area table sits along the many windows overlooking the lake with an incredibly impressive view. The large living with wood fireplace is warm and comforting. Large bath with tub and shower..and washer / dryer! If you and the kids love to fish and looking for a great lakefront home with excellent dock/shore fishing..this is it !! Thank you Lisa !

This place is absolutely beautiful and Jan is an amazing host. She always checks in and makes sure everything is going well. You are able to unplug and unwind while reconnecting with nature and your favorite people. We have been visiting the Bird House for three years now and we plan to continue the tradition for many years to come.

Stayed with a group of 5, and it was a lovely and cozy experience. Even though the rain thwarted our hiking plans, it was worth it with the cabin and lakeview itself and of course the dogs and cats! Jennifer was extremely responsive, and the only thing to note is there is a slight odor to the water, which you are told in advance. Otherwise, our group definitely hopes to come back here with our own dogs and hopefully to see the cows next time!!

The location of the airbnb was amazing. We felt right at home. Dave was kind enough to let us join him on a boat ride. We had a lot of fun, it was an exhilarating experience to say the least. Nancy had kept everything in the airbnb, from utensils to basic utilities, we never felt something was missing in the house. The kayaks were also included with life vests which made our stay really adventurous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake George and would definitely stay here when I visit Lake George again! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Nancy!

Was a beautiful place to stay. Very close to the main strip of LG. Lots of great restaurants around. In early May, not too much of the main strip is open but it was easy to relax at the house and have a good time. Did the Hike across the street in a bit under 2 hours and it was well worth it. Would happily stay again in the future.

We have stayed here multiple times as we visit our grandchildren quarterly. Jill's place is comfortable and accessible to town. She has always communicated with us.

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat with a host who really goes above and beyond. Beautiful home! Went at the peak of fall and the view of the lake and the changing leaves from all of the main rooms in the home was so perfect and cozy. The house had all of the items you need for a great stay. We absolutely loved fishing on the lake, the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up on the couches to watch a movie at night. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay! Mardi was great to work with. Highly recommend. Great for fishing with our boys. This was our second year going back and we look forward to continuing this stay as an annual family trip.
