Private suite holiday rentals in Washington County

We stayed at Avi's listing in July 2024 while attending a 10-day yoga teacher training in Squirrel Hill. From the original booking and all of the way through our final day, Avi was responsive and helpful in our communications. The listing looks exactly as it does in the photos and there is free street parking. Walkable to many restaurants and parks in the surrounding area and a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. We experienced a few issues during our stay that couldn't be immediately addressed by Avi and he very quickly found someone to help remedy the situation. The issues were not his fault, yet he made the situation right and offered exemplary customer service. I will definitely keep Avi's listing in mind for my future visits to Pittsburgh!

It was perfect! Such a neat house in a nice neighborhood. Lots of great food choices within walking distance and stores nearby. The house had a lot of nice touches that made it feel like home. And it was cleaner than a lot of hotel rooms!

I had a great stay at Jia’s place <3 The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and felt super cozy, plus the blackouts really do cover everything so I had a great night of sleep. Jia is also a fantastic host! Very thoughtful and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The place was very neat and cozy. Lots of light from all the windows! It was a great location very walkable with lots of restaurants and cafes. The power went out on our last day due to a bad storm but Natallia was very responsive about when it might come back on. Everything was also clean and well stocked!

The place was nice. It did have a toilet a bit higher than normal in the bathroom but it worked for me. The place was nice and it had a feel that it was originally designed for a different purpose, but it has interesting charm now. I originally had planned staying at a hotel west of this location but I had an issue with the hotel and stayed here instead. I will say that I felt much safer here and the bed is so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a week. I travel past this area occasionally and if I need a place to stay I will definitely stay again

Megan was awesome from beginning to end! Communication was timely, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even left a small birthday gift for my wife after she found out the reason for our stay. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and would absolutely stay here in the future if we make it back to Pittsburgh. Thanks Megan!

The space and Bathroom shower is nice good backyard with fire pit was really useful

The airbnb is located in a charming neighborhood and was a clean space with all the amenities I needed! Lowell and Aaron were responsive hosts who were kind enough to give me some flexibility with checking out since I had a super late departure flight (do ask them first if it’s ok though). I will say if you are sound-sensitive, the airbnb is right next to the backyard so sometimes you hear birds chirping at night, but I became used to it after my first night. The location is walkable to multiple restaurants and is proximal to CMU campus, and it’s safe to walk around even at night! It also helped there was a drugstore and groceries nearby.

Tracis’s place provided the perfect night stay. She was a very responsive host and the location was close to many attractions. Would recommend!

Renée’s place is fantastic, just what the doctor ordered for a stay at Pittsburg! She is helpful and communicative and very accommodating to my needs. The place itself is spacious, clean, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept quite well. One of the main draws is that it is so close to Schenley Park, which is such a beautiful place to walk around in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping by in Pittsburg!

I will be back! It was a lovely cozy walkout basement studio. The bed was comfortable, and the design eclectic and fun. The location was perfect for me, as it was within walking distance of my daughter's apartment, close to great some great restaurants, a bookstore, and of course, Frick Park! We have stayed at Hanyu’s places several times… and will continue to when they are available. This place was comfortable and will stocked. She provides all the necessities and communication is wonderful, feeling right at home! It’s a short walk to Murphy Street and all it has to offer.

Allison and Craig were great. I was coming back for 2.5 weeks for my residency bootcamp at Pitt Med and to run the half marathon so I needed a short accomodation. The place was attached to their house but separate. I never heard anyone else while staying at this place. It was 2 stories. The 1st floor is the living room and kitchen. 2nd floor has a study place, laundry, drier, bedroom, bathroom, shower, and a closet. Very convenient. It was only a 10 minute drive from University of Pittsburgh, Presby, Montefiore. Allison came out the first day I arrived to explain the place to me. ALDI is across the street. Roots is 3 blocks down.
