We reside upstairs but your space is completely private with your own separate entrance. You also have a private outdoor patio space with fire pit to relax and enjoy the beauty around you! You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away!

The Roadhouse provides a unique experience just minutes from Folino Estate, Rodale Institute, and Kutztown University. Close to the road, but surrounded by nature on a certified wildlife and bird habitat. The open living space is complete with a kitchenette and dining nook. In the cooler months enjoy the propane fireplace. In the warmer months sit by the creek and listen to the black birds. Ready for bed? Take the turning stairs up to the cozy bedroom suite with its newly renovated bathroom.

The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish guest suite nestled in the woods on four acres of land that we share with hundreds of different types of plants/trees and the occasional wildlife. Although we are located in a private, wooded area, we are only 15 minutes away from Bucknell University and 25 minutes away from the Little League World Series. We're also less than 5 miles from highway 15 and Interstates 80 and 180. Central PA has a charm to it, and we hope you think so too when you visit!

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

Enjoy a peaceful vacation tucked away in a valley below a swath of Lancaster County farmland. Located in Adamstown, PA, "Antiques Capital USA", this studio-style loft is less than 5 minutes from 272, 222, and the PA Turnpike, and less than half an hour from the many tourist attractions and local hotspots in Lancaster and Reading. If you enjoy bicycle riding, you'll be able to travel on your own steam to a dozen local antique shops, or take it easy and lounge by the pool with the family.

A small but cozy bungalow on a quiet property bordering a state park. Explore river towns along the Delaware including Frenchtown, New Hope and Lambertville. FRESH BAGEL DELIVERY included on first morning. It offers private parking (next to front door), EV charger for electric vehicles, QUEEN-SIZE bed, kitchenette and heated floors in bed & bath. Take a morning walk along the canal, enjoy a quiet dinner outside at the table for two, then end the night relaxing by the chiminea.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house.
